All the contents included in the website, which will be understood as, though not limited to, any text, photos, sounds, files, logotypes, source codes, colour combinations or any other elements, as well as the structure and design hereof, the selection and form of presentation of any materials included herein, and any computer programs required for the operation, access and use hereof, will be subject to industrial and intellectual property rights belonging to Audria or to any other third parties, and user may only use any such items for their own exclusive personal and private use and hereby undertakes not to make use thereof for any business or commercial purposes, or for exploitation, distribution, reproduction, public communication, use of inverse engineering technique thereof, or to modify, alter or decompile any such items without the appropriate prior authorization of the title-holder in writing, unless otherwise legally permitted.

4 - PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to the legislation in force in connection with personal data protection, Judiciary Act 15/1999, dated December 13, Audria hereby informs users of the following provisions:

Any personal data supplied by user will be included in a file duly registered before the Data Protection Agency, as property and under the responsibility of Audria with legal domicile in Barcelona, Pedro i Pons 9-11, planta 13 - Edificio Master’s, Barcelona and supplied with C.I.F No. B-65732141

For this purpose and pursuant to Royal Decree 1720/2007 dated December 21, Audria has adopted all the appropriate measures to ensure the security of the personal details provided by user, and has installed the technical means and measures required to avoid the loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized access or theft thereof.

The purpose of automated collection and treatment of user’s personal details is to make it easier for Audria to provide any information and/or services requested by user, and Audria may likewise send user (by electronic means if user clicks on the “ACCEPT” button below) any type of commercial or advertising information the company may deem to be of interest to user.

Any personal details supplied by user may in turn be provided to a third party in charge of supplying the information or arranging for the services requested off Audria.

User may at any time exercise their access rights (request for personal data information), modification or cancelation (request for correction or deletion of inaccurate or incorrect personal details subject to treatment included in a file) and opposition (request for opposition to the treatment given to their personal data) provided for under the Personal Data Protection Act. For any such purposes user may contact Audria in the following manner:

Use of this webpage is made at user’s sole account and risk. Audria will not be liable for any misuse by a website user.

Audria will not be liable for any errors or omissions contained in this website nor will company be deemed liable for any damages deriving from the use of the website or for any action taken on the basis of information contained therein.

Audria does not guarantee the absence of any virus or any other harmful elements which could cause damage or technical alterations to user’s information systems, electronic documents or files, Audria will, therefore, not be held accountable for any damages such elements were to cause to user or to any other third party.

6 - CONTROVERSY RESOLUTION

Any issue or dispute leading to litigation or, in general, any controversy arising in connection with the use of this website will be resolved pursuant to Spanish legislation by the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Barcelona, which the parties expressly agree to submit to, hereby waiving any right to any other venue they would be entitled to in the event any such dispute or controversy were not solved by mutual agreement.
